    Encyclopedia Galatica - M13

    New single M13 is here and a new Encyclopedia Galactica entry. I’m thinking I’ll probably do songs for a few of the posters. That gets me thinking about a show too, where the posters are on display with the songs playing in the background.

    The album art is only available in the zip file, but it’s basically a cropped version of the poster so I left it out of this post.

  • Dynamo Video

    My good friend David Drori was nice enough to work up a music video for the song Dynamo that I released earlier this month. My hat is off to you Dave, the imagery in this video captures almost exactly the grit, noise, and nostalgia that I try to get into my music.

    I know it’s been a while since I last released a song, so to make up for it I’m releasing two songs in an EP Act up + Dynamo complete with high-res album art. I’m pledging to get back to at least one song a month, so expect another one at the end of March. Enjoy!

    My December single “Sun” marks the sixth song I’ve released in my year-long experiment. I’m definitely getting closer to a tone and feel that I like. Expect more of this style in the future.   • K9000 - More Interest in Quality

    K9000 - More Interest in Quality

    November brings with it my 5th song. I wanted to return to the style of the first song that I released while introducing a lot of what I’ve been learning. The title “More Interest in Quality” refers to the renewed interest in analog technologies within many art and musical communities. Quality refers to a property of art or music, not the degree of excellence or craftsmanship. i.e. analog synths have a very different quality than digital synths. Enjoy!
