100th Post Giveaway

100th post giveaway

Hello dear readers. I’ve been blogging here on Sidearm for about ten and a half months and this is my 100th post! To show my appreciation, I’m going to give away a Sidearm shirt. All you have to do is leave a comment on this post with your full name, your email (in the email box, not the comment), and what kind of posts you enjoy most from Sidearm or what you would like to see. Giveaway ends next Friday the 10th of April at midnight (PST).

You can check out the three shirts that are up for grabs (sorry not the hoodie) in The Armory which has a new look in addition to the new name. Sidearm will be undergoing some changes, so please let me know if anything is busted.

Update: This giveaway is over. The winner will be contacted by email on Monday.

Update: The winner is Jason Navarrete!

Thanks again dear readers!

I enjoy posts that give away t-shirts. Who doesn’t? I do want to see some howto posts, mostly because I’m intrigued by sIFR and I’ve been on this ‘wish I was a designer’ kick again lately.

I enjoy the design aspects of the blog. I love the simplicity, but it also brings an air of sophistication to the design.
    great poster series!

I really like the minimalistic design that you feature on the site (much of it your own, which is impressive). Since I myself am a part time designer, some more posts documenting how you come up with ideas and how you go about creating/implementing them would be great. Thank you.

i love when people care enough about their readers to offer them something like this.

I like the posts that involve me, but I’m biased. Me and pretty pictures.

Besides, 101 is a much cooler number than 100, and while this post is cool, mine’s numerical value is much aesthetically pleasing.

The site itself is quite a wonderful sight to see, easy on the eyes. I love the renaissance nature of the blogs, you don’t just write about a subject you discover the lushness of life contained within each idea. You explore the broad, rather than the narrow and I like it!

The variety is the key for me. The wide spectrum of creativity keeps me coming back. Not to mention the quality mind behind it all.

i like it most when you post about the relationships between different aesthetics, whether it be graphic design and architecture, or music and outer space.
